Set up an email-based review

Choose File > Send For Review > Send By Email For Review.

If prompted, type your email address in the Identity Setup dialog box.

If the PDF document that you want to send out for review isn’t open, click Browse (Windows) or Choose (Mac OS) to select it, and then click Next.

Specify the email addresses of the reviewers, and then click Next.

Review the email message and subject line, edit the text as needed, and then click Send Invitation.

If necessary, switch to your email application and finish sending the message.

When you use Acrobat 7.0 Professional to send a review invitation, the PDF attachment can allow commenting by Adobe Reader users.
